7-Day Exchange Policy
If 7 days have passed since the delivery of your order, we will unfortunately not be able to process an exchange request.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:
Be unused and in the same condition as received
Be returned in the original packaging with all tags intact
Non-Eligible Cases
Exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
Requests raised after 7 days from the date of delivery
Products that have been used, worn, damaged, altered, or are missing original packaging and/or tags
We take care of the reverse pickup and exchange logistics to ensure a smooth and convenient experience.
